Strategic Weekly Planning & Timely Execution
Submit validated weekly deliverables every Monday before 9:00 AM and execution reports every Friday by 5:00 PM.
KPI 02 • Weight 35%95% Completed
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Task Resolution
Ensure zero overdue tickets in assigned queues and maintain active inter-organization alignment between HBC, DBU, MU, and MA.
KPI 03 • Weight 25%Active
Attendance & Assembly Fellowship Participation
Maintain 95%+ punctuality across biometric check-ins and participate in weekly assembly gatherings.
